SATURDAY, APRIL 20th  Mama’s Natural Medicine CabinetUsing essential oils with Cammy Polsom      10:00am to 12noon

This class will introduce you to the top 5 oils every household should have on hand.  A class to educate mamas (or daddies) on alternative ways to treat minor first aid, and common ailments.  One more tool for your "loving parent" tool belt.

You will learn:
*how to safely use oils with our sweet babies (yes, there IS a SAFE way).
*how to avoid synthetic and chemical laden products and replace them with simple natural recipes and essential oils.
*how to nurture one back to optimal health naturally & quickly.
*how to help decrease toxic load from synthetic, unnatural environments and products.

You will be given "tools" for quick soothing techniques that are toxin free.  And also encourage the body back to health naturally.  For example, did you know Lavender Essential Oil can take care of diaper rash in one application (and without irritating your angel's most sensitive skin).

I’ll give you MY recommendations for:
* top five oils to have around.
*simple instructions on application
*grades of oils (yes, this matters)
*safety tips
*Simple formulas for Symptomatic relief
*And optimally creating balance in YOUR home.

MONDAY, APRIL 22nd MOMentum Group OPEN HOUSE:  A Mastermind and Coaching Group Specifically for Moms with Ashley Sakker & Brenda Abdilla      5:30 to 7:30pm – FREE

Momentum Groups are the cool, new intersection of Networking Group, A Mastermind group and a Coaching Group specifically for moms.  Whether your kids are all grown or still babies, the struggle over the question of career, financial contribution, part-time/full-time options and the illusive “balance” are universal among mothers. MOMentum Groups are based on the material from Brenda Abdilla’s book: What’s Your Lane?  Career clarity for moms who want to work a little, a lot or not at all (due out April 24th, 2013).

Who should come check out MOMentum Groups:

-Moms and Moms-to-be considering any change in career status like re-entering the work force, moving to part-time, working from home, starting a new venture etc.

-Moms who feel stuck with their current circumstances, career-wise, and secretly wish they’d chosen differently.

-Moms who feel guilty, overwhelmed or stressed-out in their current career lane and long for strategies to feel good right where they are.
