We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. We ask that you please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a possible cancellation fee of $35. This fee may also be implemented for any missed appointments without notification. This policy can include any appointments scheduled in advance but mainly pertains to well visit exams and consultations.
Insurance and Billing
We take all major insurance plans including state medicaid, with the exceptions of Kaiser and Denver Health. With all of the recent changes that have taken place in the insurance world, it is imperative that you make sure our providers are considered "in-network" at our specific location with your insurance plan. The best way to go about checking is to use the provider finder tool on your insurance company's website or to call them directly. If you are looking to purchase a product off of the Colorado Health Exchange, please call our office to get the specific products that we can accept off of the exchange. We do accept Colorado HealthOp insurance, as long as it is written by either Cigna or Cofinity but DO NOT accept the Colorado HealthOp Exclusive Provider Network. We are unable to accept the Humana HMO X product off of the exchange, as well.
