SATURDAY, APRIL 6thExplorations in Ayurveda:  Using the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga to support optimal health in adults and children with Kyle Roberts

SATURDAY, APRIL 13th Yoga for Grief 2-hour workshop with Tara Emrick, CYT, MSW

This two-hour workshop is for anyone grieving loss. We will begin with a discussion on how yoga can help us attend to our sorrow and then flow through a gentle yoga practice, ending with a guided meditation. The yoga practice will provide an opportunity to connect with your body in a safe and non-judgmental space. No previous yoga experience necessary.

TUESDAY, APRIL 16thGong Synergy:   Resonant Field Journey for relaxation of thought and passive body tuning with Paul Conly

SATURDAY, APRIL 20th  Mama’s Natural Medicine CabinetUsing essential oils with Cammy Polson

10:00am to 12noon

This class will introduce you to the top 5 oils every household should have on hand.  A class to educate mamas (or daddys) on alternative ways to treat minor first aid, and common ailments.  One more tool for your "loving parent" tool belt.
 

You will learn:
*how to safely use oils with our sweet babies (yes, there IS a SAFE way).
*how to avoid synthetic and chemical laden products and replace them with simple natural recipes and essential oils.
*how to nurture one back to optimal health naturally & quickly.
*how to help decrease toxic load from synthetic, unnatural environments and products.
 

You will be given "tools" for quick soothing techniques that are toxin free.  And also encourage the body back to health naturally.  For example, did you know Lavender Essential Oil can take care of diaper rash in one application (and without irritating your angel's most sensitive skin).
